After many hours, I have managed to point my thedazz.com domain back to my old site to export the data from within wordpress to my computer.Once this was achieved it was just a matter of flipping the domain ip address back to the new host, wait for the Internet adjust and importing the data into the blog.

Easy when you how or if you plan ahead!
