AGOSCI Conference
The blog has been taking a back burner for a while but as I have promoted ssite a bit at AGOSCI National Conference here in Adelaide last week I think I better start writing again.
I would like to thank the AGOSCI conference organisers for inviting me to hold a pre-conference workshop on telecommunications for people with complex communication needs and to be one of keynote speakers for conference. The workshop was a real team effort and thank you to all who attended.
I am extremely happy with how the keynote address went but I forgot to show the acknowledgements, so here they are:

I will try to write more on the Conference in the coming weeks. For now, I must get writing my thesis.
Thank you Darryl for both your inspiring as well as humourus address at the conference – especially your focus not just on enabling but leading satisfying lives – a much forgotten or ignored idea? Gee – it might imply more work, time, effort?! It is in contrast to the notion that those with a CCN actually have a point of view!!
Communi-Cat or Dog – hmmm how personalised can you get – a cheetah? Loved it all! All the best with you thesis! Sian
