Going into the last week of my four week break from my study it has taken awhile to wind down. I thought by now I would be ready to get back to it. But nupe! I am going enjoy this week.
The time leading up to the break was tough going yet highly productive. Within the 8 to 10 weeks leading to my break, I prepared and presented my proposal, prepared and submitted my ethics application and finish a final draft of a systematic review for publishing. Anyone who have attempted a PhD would know that these huge in themselves. Interestingly, each of them had times when I thought I was not going to make the end line, yet each time I push through that menacing doubt I always achieved my gaols—not always the ways I was planning.
I know there is a heap of work waiting for me went I get back into it. Looking forward to the next challenge!
